Final Information from Clients Pre Wedding

Since becoming a florist, I have found that it is best to obtain certain information in good time before the wedding, to make sure you have everything in hand.

A lot of the information will be obtained during the Consultation, however i find that it also helps to ask the client to fill in a final questionnaire confirming details of the big day itself (once a lawyer, always a lawyer… ie get everything down in writing!).

From who to contact on the day, where to deliver specific arrangements and by what time, to the little details which will help me write a blog post after the big day, I share with you my questions in this template.

The download comes clear of formatting, with the questions set out in a table in Word. You can therefore personalise it as you wish, whether you wish to send it as a word document by email, directly in an email or incorporate it into your website as a form to be completed.

Initial Client Consultation Form

When I first get enquiries on my website for weddings, I always ask that before we meet, a consultation questionnaire is completed. I have a link on my website, which allows clients to fill it in directly.

This allows me to get a brief overview of what the client is after, and their budget. I find that having this information to hand before booking in a consultation has greatly helped my business.

Before that, I used to send the questionnaire by email for them to complete via word. So it can be used in many ways.

In this download, I share with you the questions I ask clients at the initial phase. The download comes clear of formatting, with the questions set out in a table in Word. You can therefore personalise it as you wish.

Sign Up Contact Sheet for Wedding Fairs

If you’re doing a wedding fair, it is essential that you have a contact sheet for people to sign up to.

I always have two floating around on clipboards with pens at wedding fairs, so that even if I’m talking to a bride or groom, other interested people can still drop their details down for me to contact them later on. And this is important, as many people will only look into booking your services after several points of contact.

You can download the sheet I have use for my business when attending wedding fairs. It has been drafted in Word, and is clear of formatting so that you can adapt it to your own business and branding as you wish.

Good luck with the fairs!

Contract for Freelancers for Florists

As a florist, you are likely to rely on freelancers to help you with your big weddings and other events.

To make sure that both you, and your freelancers, know where you stand when working together, it is essential to have a contractual agreement between you to set out the agreement. From remuneration, hours of work, to intellectual property, it is all important.

Our new template, sets out the clauses you should consider having in your agreement.

Please note that this dos not replace seeking professional legal advice, but it will provide you with a good, solid base when drafting your terms and conditions

When completing this purchase, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions, which can be found here.

As you may or may not know, before becoming a florist, I used to be a lawyer. Having a background in law has made me really aware of how important it is to be able to protect our business and ourselves. We spend so much time pouring energy and money into our business, it is crucial to have things in place to protect it.

Having recently spent a lot of time working on my own terms and conditions, it occurred to me that this was the perfect opportunity to combine the skills of my old career for the benefit of my new line of work, and help others in the same industry.

You can therefore now buy a Terms and Conditions Template for Florists. This is a 7-page long Word document, which can be edited to reflect your business needs. All of this for just £39.50.

Of course, this does not replace seeking professional legal advice, but it will provide you with a good, solid base when drafting your terms and conditions

When completing this purchase, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions, which can be found here.

Merci!
